The fruit salad you deserve

As you can imagine from the photo and ingredients this will be one of the more complicated recipes for you to make. Iโm not even sure if it counts as a recipe? Itโs really more just a grocery list? Either way it was delicious, and in the short summer months we get in this part of the world we have to enjoy the wonders of in-season fruit as much as possible.

Ingredients for 2:
- 250gr strawberries
- 150gr blackberries
- 1 peach
- 1 nectarine
- A handful of basil leaves
- 250gr buffalo mozzarella (really that much for two? yes.)
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper
- Salt

I donโt think anyone needs instructions for this one but:

Cut the fruit and arrange it on a plate

Tear the mozzarella on top

Add basil

Drizzle everything with olive oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar

Grind black pepper and sea salt on top

Eat?
